Request Help Gadget

Send a message for help to a designated group with the Request Help Gadget. Level 10 users set which group receives the message in the gadget's setup options. The message is sent to each group member's inbox.

Location: Dashboard and gadgets sidebar.

Available to: All user levels.

Send a message requesting help, as follows:

  1. Click Show Gadgets to open sidebar.
  2. Click to expand Request Help Gadget.
  3. Type your message.
    • The gadget also sends relevant data about you and your current location in Modern Campus CMS, such as page information, your user level, and the time and date of the request.
  4. Click Send.
