Manage Forms
Users with access see a list of all forms in the account in Content > Forms (Beta). From here, you can manage all aspects of a form including editing, deleting, and reviewing versions.

See all versions of a form along with the number of submissions and a preview of the version.
- Click the name for the form.
- In the page actions toolbar, click Versions.
For additional management options, click a form's More Actions menu to see the form management dropdowns. You’ll see the following options organized by category:

- Edit – Opens the Form Builder to modify the form.
- General Properties – Opens the Properties tab where you can change the name, description, embed code, and launch options.
- Access – Level 10 only. Opens the Access tab to update who can edit the form, launch, and view submissions. You can also limit which sites appear as insertion options when adding forms to pages.
- This only limits insert capabilities within the CMS. You can still use the embed code on any webpage that supports JavaScript.

- Preview – Opens the form in preview mode.
- Submissions – Opens the Submissions tab to view collected responses.
- Log – See a list of actions taken on the form.

Copy – Create a copy of the form.
View Subscribers – See the pages where a form is placed.
Delete – Permanently deletes the form and all of its versions and submissions. This action cannot be undone and will not remove the form from the pages it is placed onto.
Uploaded files can’t be deleted separately. When a submission is deleted, its associated uploaded files are also permanently removed. Once deleted, uploaded files cannot be recovered.

Launch – Publishes the current version of the form. A new version is created each time you launch.
